my willingness to make a vlog directly correlates to how sweaty my run is
so today i was like okay veronica just run whatever way makes you comfortable for however long you feel like
so i just went to this trail and ran slowly and comfortably, hitting my mile button every time i passed a mile mark but just not even looking at my watch i was just like chuggin along
and then a couple minutes after mile 9 i felt like stopping so i did
and i looked through my miles like oh boy here we go i was so sluggish
and it was like
7:28 7:25 7:24 7:20 7:00 7:22 7:28 7:25 7:25 7:24
so i like running again
which means its time to start up my training again
idk whether to go do my hills at this grassy park so i can do them barefoot
but if i do then i have to warm up on pavement ick
or go to this hill at my trail so i can be on a soft surface the whole time
but if i do that then i have to wear shoes

when you’re neck-and-neck with someone for first on the final straightaway and your stride is perfectly even with hers and its completely up in the air who’s going to win and the crowd is like “oooooooooooooooOH!” as your cross the finish.

well sort of, i mean im starting my run with them. i dont think anyone’s at my pace right now because they’re all recovering from injury. but WHATEVER YAYAYAY
